Celestine Donkor was born to Elder Gabriel Akakpo and Mrs. Hanna Akakpo and schooled at St Augustine Preparatory/JS School in Abeka Lapaz after which she enrolled at Nsaaniya Secondary Business School at Kasoa for her senior secondary certificate.
