Eligibility Requirements

  • The applicant must be the child of a full-time Penn State or Penn College technical service or staff member.
  • A first-year, full-time student at any Penn State campus or the Pennsylvania College of Technology is required.
  • Extracurricular activities in high school must have demonstrated leadership and humanitarian qualities.

2. Frank A. Sinon Scholarship at Penn State

Eligibility Requirements

  • You must be an undergraduate student at Penn State University.
  • Park, a graduate of Austin Area High School in Austin, Pennsylvania
  • Academic success must be demonstrated.
  • Financial need must be demonstrated as determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
  • A cumulative GPA of 3.0 is required.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be a student in the College of Education with a major in elementary or secondary education and a passion for environmental education, or a student in the College of Agricultural Sciences with an option in Environmental Sciences (second recipient preference)
  • For the Fall/Spring semesters, you must be a full-time undergraduate or graduate student.
  • Must be involved in, or have previously been involved in, conservation education and still be interested in it.
